This offer does not provide concept or creative design services. The customer will provide complete design instructions. Customers are also liable to provide their own product images and videos. If the customer doesn’t have the images or videos Khazina will provide generic images and videos but Khazina will not be responsible for matching these images with your product and this service may cost extra.

What is a major revision?
Changing the layout of design, theme, design split or change of products and videos are major changes. After placing your order Khazina will design for you according to your instructions. You are only the (mentioned on your invoice) number of times that allows making major changes. Once the design is complete and uploaded or provided HD videos no changes request will be accepted. After that, any major changes will be charged accordingly.
What is a minor revision?
Changing text font, font colour, font size (if it's not affecting the design) spelling mistakes, and menu prices, After placing your order Khazina will design for you according to your instructions. You are only the (mentioned on your invoice) number of times allows making minor changes. Once the design is complete and uploaded or provided HD videos no changes request will be accepted. After that, any minor changes will be charged accordingly.

What is the difference between USB and Cloud CMS?
If you want to update your content manually you will require USB update. However if you want to control your display remotely to update your content you will require Cloud CMS subscription.
Do Khazina provides installation services?
Installation is an optional service you can request a separate quote for this by sending us your location address and installation requirement at sales@khazinadigital.com
What is the size of content designing for this display?
All your content design ( images or videos ) must be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
