If the customer doesn’t have the images or videos Khazina will provide generic images and videos but Khazina will not be responsible for matching these images with your product and this service may cost extra.

What is a major revision?
Changing the layout of design, theme, design split or change of products and videos are major changes. After placing your order Khazina will design for you according to your instructions. You are only the (mentioned on your invoice) number of times that allows making major changes. Once the design is complete and uploaded or provided HD videos no changes request will be accepted. After that, any major changes will be charged accordingly.
What is a minor revision?
Changing text font, font colour, font size (if it's not affecting the design) spelling mistakes, and menu prices, After placing your order Khazina will design for you according to your instructions. You are only the (mentioned on your invoice) number of times allows making minor changes. Once the design is complete and uploaded or provided HD videos no changes request will be accepted. After that, any minor changes will be charged accordingly.
